Part 1: Market Research
We chose to analyze the Scrub Daddy which is primarily sold online using Amazon and the Scrub Daddy website. While their products on Amazon are somewhat easy to navigate through, the Scrub Daddy website lacks a search bar and simple navigation. Therefore, a chatbot could help potential customers find the specific Scrub Daddy products they’re looking to purchase. Not only that but a chatbot could be used in the product’s social media marketing to increase public interactions and possibly gain more customers.
Part 2: Choosing a No-Code Chatbot Tool
We chose to use Tars for our project because of its simplicity and effectiveness at scraping website information. Using Tars, you can easily add data to existing models by providing links to information relevant to the AI agent.

Implementation Overview: This chatbot could be integrated into the Scrub Daddy sale’s strategy to provide customers with easily accessible and concise product information. Not only that but the chatbot could be used to assist in website navigation and marketing as well.
Part 4: Reflection
Designing the chatbot was surprisingly simple with the provided tools. Despite its simplicity, however, it can be used as a powerful asset in increasing product sales and customer engagement. For example, customers could be given constant access to these chatbots to answer any questions about the product, lowering the need and limitations of human customer support.
